Key Duties Supervise and support production team in metal and sheet metal fabrication Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders Coordinate with planning, engineering, and other departments Monitor production schedules and performance Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed Promote a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Mentor and train team members Identify and support process improvements
