Job description Maintenance Assistants Shifts Needed: 1st Shift: 3 positions available for Maintenance Assistants (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: 1st Shift – Maintenance Assistant: $18.50/hour Payment Schedule: Weekly (Pay Week: Sunday–Saturday) Requirements: Background Check: No violent crimes, robbery, or assault. Felonies must be disclosed for client review. Drug Test: Required PPE: Work boots (steel-toe not required) I-9 Documentation: Required E-Verify: Yes (results not needed) Dress Code: Jeans, T-shirt, no open-toe shoes, flip-flops, shorts, or baggy clothing. Job Details: Maintenance Assistants: Assist lead mechanic in repairing, operating, and refurbishing equipment. Install, repair, and replace mechanical/hydraulic parts. Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and longevity. Maintain workshop organization and tool inventory. Keep detailed records of completed work on equipment. Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of tools required (no certifications necessary). Must be willing to learn and work independently. Additional Details: Candidates cannot return if previously placed through another agency. Machinery certification will be required—failure to pass results in disqualification.
