Job Title: 1:1 School Paraprofessional (Full-Time) Location: North Carolina Start Date: 20252026 School Year Pay Rate: $21$22 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview: Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 School Paraprofessional to provide individualized support to a student with special needs for the upcoming school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with a student to help them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally within a supportive school environment.
